Ronda Rousey is one of the best UFC fighters in history. She had been undefeated for many years until her fight against Holly Holm.

After that defeat, she planned to keep going. Her comeback fight on Dec. 31, 2016, was against Amanda Nunes. Some had thought that the odds were in Rousey’s favor.

Cayden Smith said, “Many people had told me that the odds were in Rousey’s favor because Nunes didn’t have high favors. But the odds were wrong.”

Makenzie Giles’ gave her opinion about why Rousey lost.

“She had let the fight get to her head. She was too proud and made it known that she was going to be the one who was going to win. She was determined to get her belt back.”

“With the attitude she has, she may never get her belt back,” Giles said.
