Chatwell prepares to remodel after retirement

Marque Chatwell’s summer will be full of home remodeling and quality time with her grandchildren because she is retiring as the ISS supervisor and as a bus driver.

Chatwell said she will landscape her yard and repaint the interior of her home as well as re-floor it.

Her favorite memory she had while teaching was when she drove the 2000 and 2001 wood-shop and metal art students to the State competition in Waco.

“They were a talented and funny group of students. There were some unforgettable moments,” Chatwell said.

She said she will miss the staff.

“They were wonderful people to work with,” Chatwell said.
